Connection

• Upon launching the application, users can authenticate using credentials assigned by the tour optimization manager. Access requires a valid email address and corresponding password supplied during setup.

Home Page

• The Home page displays scheduled visits for the current day. In the absence of scheduled visits, users are directed to the Agenda page to review upcoming appointments within the pre-defined scheduling window set by the tour manager.

Agenda

• The Agenda page presents bookings for today and subsequent days, limited by parameters established by the tour supervisor. Users can navigate through accessible dates to review planned activities.

Visit Record

• Users can select a specific visit from the calendar for the chosen day to view detailed information regarding the appointment. Depending on configuration set by the supervisor responsible for route optimization, various actions may be enabled, including updating visit statuses and recording completion events in real-time.

Real-Time Synchronization with TourSolver Cloud

• The TourSolver Cloud platform allows authorized personnel to monitor tour progression continuously. Status updates, completion times, and visit progress are reflected instantaneously, ensuring full visibility of field operations at all times.

Product (or Package) Barcode Scanning

• The application supports barcode and QR code scanning for products or parcels, facilitating accurate traceability within supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
